30 Day Free Returns 

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. Your returned item must be in the original package, and you must be the original owner. Only purchases from Singer.com are eligible for returns.

Making a Return is Sew EASY!

Step 1  Please Click here to complete your Return Request.

Step 2  You will receive an email containing a Return Authorization and UPS shipping label to return you item. This return label will expire in 7 days.

Step 3  Within 7 days, print the label, adhere it to the item, and drop it off at a UPS drop-off location.

Step 4  Once your item has been received, a refund may take several weeks to be processed. The refund will be processed to the form of payment used for the original purchase. Timing of your refund will depend on your financial institution.
